Solid State Server Upgrade

With more than 3 million dollars in investments of development, Casetrackerlaw has undergone a transformation. We have upgraded to “Solid State Servers.”  We have re-engineered our code, so performance is outstanding, which means the software is faster and more reliable than ever before.  We have increased our speed by 25 to 30%, the fastest in the industry, it doesn't get any better.  Casetrackerlaw has become, to steal a line from our president, Donald Trump, “Great Again.”  Not to say it was not great before, but now it is even more robust thanks to new technology.  We strive to have the best technology and fastest speed available for our clients.  If our clients are happy, that is all that matters.
 

We have added a few new features.  For example, we have changed the way Settings is displayed so that it is more user-friendly.  The reports section has been modified so that the report you are looking for is easier to find.  We updated the user interface & enhanced the display screen and have created a “Manage Reports” tab so you can customize how reports are displayed.  We have also changed the calculation functionality in the Litigation section, so the system does “to the penny” calculations.

Manage Staff

Casetrackerlaw has been busy adding new features to the system.  A new security feature has just been implemented.

Manage Staff, located in Settings, is where users are created, edited, deleted or archived.

CasetrackerLaw is now set up with 3 secure administrator accesses; a Super-Admin, regular Admin and a Staff Administrator.  The Staff Administrator login is used in order to access Manage Staff.  Super-Admin is the only user with these credentials in order to edit staff member information or to change the passwords.  Another little feature here is the ability to limit the date and time frame a staff member can access the system.  

This feature was created to fill a need for a few clients.  Clients wanted a way to control who had access to the Manage Staff section for security reasons.
