They don't send us a bill for improvements suggested. This is not the case with most software vendors.
With our busy schedules, meetings and phone calls all day long, many of us forget about the people outside of our office that work with us. I refer to the technical and software support people we deal with on a regular basis. When was the last time we stopped and thanked them for helping us fix problems we caused?
I just returned from a west coast trip where I was able to convince a large company the power of Internet based collection software. The demo that was done for them really made them believe they could control their collection files around the United States from their desk. They were so comfortable with the product that on Monday when I returned to the office; new files were already there. Casetrackerlaw was the sales tool I needed. It sold itself.

Upgrades And New Features
