Happy Belated New Year (What A Year)
Hello and happy belated New Year!
I'm glad to be back at my post blogging. There have been a lot of little changes and new features added to CasetrackerLAW. In the next few months I will be devoting most of my blog time concentrating on describing each one of them in detail.
For now I will start with what CasetrackerLAW is. CasetrackerLAW is a completely 100% web based collection software/tool, designed with the collection attorney in mind. This software is also great for a thriving collection agency or subrogation firm.
During the creation of CasetrackerLAW, there was a lot of idea contributions from collection attorneys as well as well established collection agencies. Who knows better how a collection tool should function than the people who will utilize it?

Digitally Attaching Documents
There are times when while at work, you will need certain documents in order to finish what you have started working on and you don't have them. They are in another office in another state or across the world. What to do...
What about being able to call that office or better yet, email that office all the way around the world and ask them to digitally send them to you and it would literally appear and it would only take approximately 3 seconds. Is that possible? I say yes it is possible...

Florida Hurricanes And CTLaw
During the months of June through September, the state of Florida is on high alert for hurricanes. Either Florida is storm free or there are storms all lined up and ready to knock on our doors every other week. Shutters go up and shutters come down. Business's suffer all over the state depending upon where you are when a hurricane happens to hit. Some buildings are completely destroyed and some are just badly damaged. When this happens, people don't go to work because there's no work place.
Because my office uses Casetrackerlaw, 100% web based collection software, we can work remotely and not lose time at work just because of a little storm outside. The only reason we couldn't work from home after the storm, is if we lose our electricity and if we do lose our electric and the roads are clear enough to drive, our office has a backup generator and our office is up and running. Just because Florida is down, doesn't mean the rest of the world is.
In closing, during the last major hurricane, which was "Wilma". She ran right over us! We had no electricity for 16 days, however, we never lost a day of work.

Sending documents from one office to another office in a large building used to be a time consuming chore. Sending the same document to an office across town or to another state or even out of the country is even more of a time waster. Today, there are a few ways to send documents fast but what about fast and easy and with very little cost?
My office uses MyFax.com in order to send documents to our customers and clients. It's fast and easy to get started.
While I am logged into Casetrackerlaw and I need to fax something to someone and it needs to get there yesterday, all I have to do is click on the fax number in the system to the person I want to fax. A link will open up and you can add the fax number and the name of the person you are faxing, click send...and off it goes, 1 2 3. It will keep a report of the faxes you send and the ones that are successful and the ones that failed and why.
