CasetrackerLaw "The Versatile Web Based Software"

What kind of business do you run? How do you track your data-information etc…? Do you use a multitude of “different” software’s in conjunction with one another? Wouldn’t your business run more efficiently if all your information; from client lists to accounting to reports were kept in one system, one database? And wouldn’t it be cool if you could customize and manipulate your software to your specifications; and what about being able to decide how much you want to spend on that ‘one’ piece of software?

CasetrackerLaw software allows users, with a secure username and password, the ability to log in to their system from anywhere they can access the internet. CasetrackerLaw was “built” user-friendly by and for collection attorneys and collection agencies; however because CasetrackerLaw is web based, we were able to work with other businesses that have nothing to do with collecting money, but that was the main attraction. Once the qualified staff member from a company attended the online tour offered, they saw the potential there for what they specifically needed for their particular business.

Companies literally spend thousands of dollars a year on software, upgrades & training. With CasetrackerLaw, you decide how much to spend, training comes with the system and regarding upgrades, CasetrackerLaw is work in progress and has been “under construction” since 1997 and improves a little every day. How can you beat this deal? Web based software that’s user-friendly, customizable and cost effective?

Call for a quote on your “one place database” today and take a tour.

Texas Courts, CasetrackerLaw & Rosie

Every now and then Casetracker123/Law will invite a client to visit our offices in order to work closely with our IT department on modifications to their system. When a client takes advantage of this opportunity to come to South Florida for a few days to “work”, it usually means a little relaxation in the evening after work for socializing, like BBQ’s and beer or wine for the staff. We really enjoy these visits.

But seriously, we did just recently have an important client visit from Bexar County in the beautiful state of Texas. The Texas Courts implemented a program in 2005 to expand the collections department, called the Collection Improvement Program which is improving the way court-ordered payments are collected in the state of Texas. CasetrackerLaw has been approved by the state of Texas for the county to utilize Casetrackerlaw software for the collections and reports that are required on a monthly basis. These monthly reports needed to be modified in order to satisfy the Texas Courts requirements regarding the information that is used and the format that the reports are transferred in.

Rosie, who is in charge of the collections department for Bexar County, arrived and the modifications began. Rosie and one of our engineers were secluded during the day to get as much work done as possible and then they were let out at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the beautiful evening weather of South Florida.

Everyone had a good time. Casetracker123/Law believes that business doesn’t always have to be a work related. Fun is always a good way to keep the motivation going.

CasetrackerLaw In The Florida Keys

It's the lazy, peaceful days of summer and time to get away from the every day and just relax and enjoy life. That's exactly what the "boss" did this past Sunday. He joined a good client of his, Dave Schaublin, Senior Vice President of ANI International, in the FL Keys; Marathon, to be exact.

Do you suppose work was on their minds? I don't think so, but I'm sure there was a little business discussed amongst the sun, crystal clear water and blue sky, what do you think? I believe there was only time for fishing, boating, a little swimming and snorkeling among the mangroves. I think I even heard tell there was a fish fry on the beach at the end of the day as well. Awwww How do you say “the good life”?

It happens that Mr. Schaublin was on vacation and we just happen to be located in South Florida so….If you are in the area, let us know. The “boss” enjoys visiting with clients in a relaxed atmosphere, doing fun stuff and if business is mentioned, who cares? Everyone is having a good time.

Have a safe and sunny summer from Casetrackerlaw.com
