Texas Courts, CasetrackerLaw & Rosie

Every now and then Casetracker123/Law will invite a client to visit our offices in order to work closely with our IT department on modifications to their system. When a client takes advantage of this opportunity to come to South Florida for a few days to “work”, it usually means a little relaxation in the evening after work for socializing, like BBQ’s and beer or wine for the staff. We really enjoy these visits.

But seriously, we did just recently have an important client visit from Bexar County in the beautiful state of Texas. The Texas Courts implemented a program in 2005 to expand the collections department, called the Collection Improvement Program which is improving the way court-ordered payments are collected in the state of Texas. CasetrackerLaw has been approved by the state of Texas for the county to utilize Casetrackerlaw software for the collections and reports that are required on a monthly basis. These monthly reports needed to be modified in order to satisfy the Texas Courts requirements regarding the information that is used and the format that the reports are transferred in.

Rosie, who is in charge of the collections department for Bexar County, arrived and the modifications began. Rosie and one of our engineers were secluded during the day to get as much work done as possible and then they were let out at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the beautiful evening weather of South Florida.

Everyone had a good time. Casetracker123/Law believes that business doesn’t always have to be a work related. Fun is always a good way to keep the motivation going.
