Letter Services ~ What You Need to Know

Companies, corporations, law firms and collection agencies all have the same issues when it comes to mailing their debtor letters.

1. They need to mail a multitude of letters at one time.

2. These letters need to be generated and mailed asap.

3. The individual debtor information needs to populate each letter.

4. Co-debtor and Alternate Address information needs a letter as well.

5. The letters all need to be streamlined and all the same.

A letter service is very helpful if you need to mail thousands of letters at one time. Letter services work with their clients to ensure that the final product is professional. The more information you can give them, the easier it is for them to create your documents so they are professional and done in a timely manner.

You will need to provide a “data source”, CSV spreadsheet of the “columns”/fields that you need to populate your letters or documents. On this spreadsheet, you will need to also provide some information in each cell that has a header column. The first column is populated with the “letter code” that will identify which letter goes with each address. This information will then be used to create a template for all of your letters / documents. One “data source” is used for “all” letters/documents you may need to mail, the service will pull the correct information from the spreadsheet to the correct letter.

CasetrackerLaw gives it's users the ability to generate a data-source for the letter service you select.

CasetrackerLaw Keeps Growing

CasetrackerLaw is the web-based, user-friendly and affordable collection management software that everyone is talking about.  Who are these people and what are 'they' saying about CasetrackerLaw?

"They" are collection attorneys, credit managers and large companies with multiple locations that do their own in-house collections.  All of these companies have a few things in common.  They all need to collect money and they all use CasetrackerLaw to help them do it.  And what are "they" saying?

It's easy to get started.  (You don't need special equipment and there are no requirements; it's web-based)
It's user-friendly and adaptable to our needs.  (Call or email our IT department with an idea, suggestion or request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.)
It didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get started.  (A 1 time set up fee and 1st monthly due after you are "in")
Their IT department is always available and I talk to a real person.  (Someone "will" answer the phone or you get a phone call back within a few hours, not days.)
CasetrackerLaw gives me the ability to customize my screens.  (Administration controls the access of all users; who has access and what they have access to.)
Training is included in the set up fee and is scheduled in 30 minute increments so no-one is overwhelmed with information.  (Users save more time when they know how to use the software.)
Training videos are also included in the software where all users can access them.  (A video library is installed that pretty much covers the majority of the Key Features.)

I hope that I've peeked your interest a little.  If I have, don't be shy, give me a call and we'll schedule an online demo of CasetrackerLaw.
