This report will display in a grid, all the sub-categories and reminders for all the claims in the system that have a reminder type selected. (Not all claims with reminders will also have a reminder type) This gives management the opportunity to monitor staff or collectors from one grid, simply by clicking on the number within the grid. This feature enables the administrator to effectively manage the sub-categories in order to maximize the efficiency of the staff.
