Working in an office and possibly using a multitude of different software programs can be overwhelming to new employees. Imagine having to hire staff and train each one. A collector can be working from the collector’s tool or a sales person from the sales tool and there may be a function that they’ve never used before. Instead of interrupting a co-worker for help, they can click the training video they need and quietly watch the instructions on how to use the feature. It’s that simple.
